Ticket Information

Admission Tickets
・Guests using Under 25 or Tohoku Discount tickets must present photo identification upon entry.
・Under 25 admission tickets include one camping ticket.
・The Tohoku Discount is available to residents of Aomori, Iwate, Akita, Yamagata, Miyagi and Fukushima prefectures.
・Tickets will not be available at the door if the event sells out.
・Guests under the age of 20 may enter only when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
・Admission is free for children aged 15 and under.

Camping Tickets
・Extended-stay fees are included. No additional charges apply for extended stays.
・There are no designated pitch-size limits.
・Each camping ticket permits one tent.
・An additional camping ticket is required to set up a tarp.
・Tents pitched outside designated camping areas must be relocated.
・Open fires directly on the ground are prohibited throughout the campsites. Fire pits may be used only with appropriate ground protection.
・At Campsite B (“Shade Area”), open fires and charcoal barbecues are prohibited to prevent the shade fabric from catching fire. Gas stoves, gas burners and other equipment that can be extinguished immediately are permitted.

Powered Auto Camping Tickets
・Extended-stay fees are included. No additional charges apply for extended stays.
・Each ticket provides one dedicated 10 m × 10 m pitch.
・If your setup does not fit within one pitch, please purchase an additional Powered Auto Camping Ticket as needed.
・Vehicles may not enter or exit the powered auto camping area between 19:00 and 06:00.
・If you arrive during these hours, please use the off-site parking area temporarily and move your vehicle to the on-site parking area after 06:00.

Non-Powered Auto Camping Tickets
・Extended-stay fees are included. No additional charges apply for extended stays.
・Each ticket permits either one vehicle and two tents, or one vehicle, one tent and one tarp.
・If parking two or more vehicles, please purchase an Auto Camping Additional Vehicle Ticket.
If setting up three or more tents and/or tarps in total, please purchase an Auto Camping Additional Tent Ticket.
・Vehicles may not enter or exit the non-powered auto camping area between 19:00 and 06:00.
・If you arrive during these hours, please use the off-site parking area temporarily and move your vehicle to the on-site parking area after 06:00.

On-Site Parking – Main / North
・There are two on-site parking areas: Main and North.
・Main is located near the center of the venue, while North is located on the northern side.
・Vehicles may not enter or exit the on-site parking areas between 19:00 and 06:00.
・If you arrive during these hours, please use the off-site parking area temporarily and move your vehicle to the on-site parking area after 06:00.

Off-Site Parking
・Off-site parking is located at Numajiri Ski Resort.
・Vehicles may enter and exit 24 hours a day.
・The venue is approximately a 10-minute walk away.
・A shuttle bus service is planned between the off-site parking area, the venue and the Nakanosawa Onsen area.

General Parking Information
・Extended-stay fees are included. No additional charges apply for extended stays.
・There is no additional charge for entering or exiting the parking areas.
・Please refer to the venue map, to be released at a later date, for parking locations.
・The organizers cannot accept responsibility for accidents or theft in parking areas.
・Parking that obstructs other vehicles, and prolonged parking on public roads, are prohibited. Vehicles may be towed and associated costs charged to the owner where necessary.
・Motorcycles must park in the on-site Main parking area. Parking costs 1,000 per motorcycle, payable at the entrance on the day.

Important Information for Attendees
・Wristbands, tent permits and parking permits cannot be reissued under any circumstances. Please keep them safe throughout the festival.
・Changes and cancellations cannot be accepted after booking. The festival will take place rain or shine. No refunds will be issued in the event of artist changes or cancellations, or if the festival is cancelled due to natural disasters, unforeseen accidents or similar circumstances.
・At rural, we allow guests to bring their own alcohol so that everyone can enjoy their time surrounded by music and nature. However, glass bottles are prohibited. Bags will be checked at entry, and any glass containers found will be confiscated regardless of size.
・Pets are welcome, but must be kept on a leash at all times. Please do not bring pets onto the dance floors. Owners are responsible for supervising and caring for their pets.
・Anyone who refuses to follow staff instructions or causes a disturbance to other guests may be removed from the venue without a refund. Please drink responsibly. Guests deemed excessively intoxicated may be asked to leave.
・The organizers and venue cannot accept responsibility for accidents, loss, theft, injury or illness occurring inside or outside the venue.
