*Each Trailer/RV Campgrounds tickets includes one 50㎡ lot.
*Rental Tent Ticket includes 1 tent, 1 lantern, plus camping mats & sleeping bags for the number of people.
Also Camping Ticket fee of ¥4,000 is included, so you don’t have to buy them separately.
Please be aware that there are Rental Tent Tickets for 2 nights and 3 nights.
Orders close on 30th June. Please do not forget this deadline if you need to hire them.
*Not allowed to take your car from 19:00 to 6:00.

 

[ Guide line］

■ Electronic tickets must be printed out on paper and brought with you. If you cannot present the QR code due to your smartphone running out of battery or having a weak signal, etc., you will not be accepted.

■ Reselling or transferring electronic tickets is prohibited and is the sole responsibility of the parties involved. We will not be held responsible if tickets obtained through such actions are found to be invalid at the time of reception due to double use, etc.

■ Re-entry is possible during the event period.

■ For Tohoku Discount tickets and U25 tickets, please present a valid photo ID (photocopies not accepted) at the entrance when entering the venue. If you do not present it, you will be asked to pay the difference (9,000 yen or 10,000 yen) between the price of the ticket and the price of the day (23,000 yen) at the entrance.

■ Admission is free for children below primary schools age only if accompanied by their parents or guardians. Parents and guardians are requested to take care that their children are not injured or involved in accidents.

■ If the number of tickets sold in advance reaches the limit, no tickets will be sold on the day of the event.
